Using Multiple Accounts
You can access the same check-in data from multiple user accounts. Here's what you need to know:
Each user must add the Classy API keys and Organization ID in their settings
This is how the Toolkit knows what organization a user has access to. It is up to you whether to create a new set of API keys for each user, or share them with everyone on your team.
To add a user account, simply have the second (third, fourth, etc.) person sign in with their Google account and enter the API keys and Organization ID.
All users with organization access share the same data
Every user that has access to an organization via the API keys will share the same data. That way you can be sure that nobody is checked in twice - or missed when you merge lists together.
